Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1- Age between 30-70. 2- Heart Failure Patient with discharge burden less than 40% 3- Diagnosis of Failure in Patient's Medical records 4- At least 6 months of onset of illness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Unwillingness to participate in follow-up programs and further research 2- Failure to follow the instructions given in the app for three sessions (one week) 3- Inability to work with the application for the intervention group 4- No neuromuscular disorder (no ban Exercise) Prohibition of exercise by a cardiologist 5- No psychiatric disorder
