Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Waist circumference greater than 94 cm Blood triglycerides greater than 150 mg / dl HDL blood less than 40 mg Systolic blood pressure greater than 130 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure greater than 95 mmHg Fasting blood glucose greater than 110 mg per liter
