Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Simultaneous diagnosis of premenstrual syndrome and primary dysmenorrhea Being single BMI between 19 and 25 Ages 18-25 years Informed consent to participate in the project

Exclusion criteria: Acute or chronic illness during study The occurrence of a traumatic event such as the death of a relative during the studyMarriage Marriage during study
