Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients underwent radiotherapy or chemoradiotherapy with histology-proven head and neck cancer Receiving significant doses in all or part of the oral cavity At least 2 separate mucosal lesions with same severity in the oral cavity with a distance of at least 3 cm Maximum difference of half a centimeter in the diameter of the lesions
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Serious uncontrolled systemic diseases such as diabetes, renal failure and heart failure Vascular collagen diseases Previous history of head and neck radiotherapy Patients with immunodeficiency Patients with distant metastasis ECOG performance status more than two Any disease or medication that interferes with the wound healing process
