Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 to 65 years with a diagnosis of seborrheic dermatitis Mild to moderate severity of seborrheic treatment (determined by a standard scoring system).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe seborrhoeic dermatitis that requires systemic treatment Using other local or systemic treatments in the last 4 weeks Known hypersensitivity or contraindications to ketoconazole or betamethasone The presence of other skin conditions that may interfere with the evaluation of seborrheic dermatitis. Pregnant and lactating women
