Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes by endocrinologist age range from 30 to 65 signing the consent of participation not used any supplement including chromium or mood boosting supplements hemoglobin A1C 6.5 - 10 percent scores higher than normal at least in one sub-scales of DASS-21 questionnaire ( stress > 14, anxiety > 7, and depression > 9)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: individuals on specific diets ( fasting, ketogenic, etc.) pregnant or lactating women history of diarrhea, vomiting or recurrent GERD undergoing medication for mental disorders patients with cancer, ESRD, cirrhosis or auto-immune diseases acute depression or mental disorders smokers or alcohol drinkers

MeasureTime frame
DASS-21 score (stress, anxiety, depression). Timepoint: Completion of the DASS-21 questionnaire before the start of the intervention and 12 weeks after supplementation. Method of measurement: DASS-21 stress, anxiety, depression questionnaire.
