Intervention 1: Intervention group: Patients in this group receive a 1-gram vial of cefazolin antibiotic (Dana Pharmaceutical Company, Iran) administered as an intravenous infusion in 100 cc of normal

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Short-term hospitalized hemodialysis patients eligible for prophylactic Pneumocystis treatment at Amir Al-Momenin Hospital in Arak. Consent to participate in a study Surgery performed by a surgeon

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of hypersensitivity reaction to cefazolin.
