Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Incidence of shoulder joint dislocation in patients referred to the emergency department of Shahid Madani Hospital, Karaj Non-multiple trauma patients Over 18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fracture in at least one of the humerus, scapula, or clavicle bones The existence of addiction osteoporosis

Shoulder replacement time. Timepoint: Before the intervention begins, half an hour after the intervention. Method of measurement: Stopwatch.;Pain score. Timepoint: During the intervention and 2 hours after the intervention during rest and movement. Method of measurement: Visual analog scale.;Duration of hospitalization.
