Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People aged 18-65 years undergoing hemodialysis Ability to communicate with others Have an informed desire and consent to participate in the study Be alert to time and place and person Have minimum literacy skills No acute mental illness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: recent participation in similar research and training sessions Non-cooperation required to participate in the research There is a family relationship or familiarity between people
