Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 30 - 65 Diagnosis of esophageal or gastric cancer based on the results of a biopsy and the approval of an expert practitioner Admission for Esophagectomy and/or Gastrectomy surgery Having a companion during the intervention and then No diagnosed mental disorder Persian language familiarity Ability to speak
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Not consenting to continue cooperation Decreased consciousness level and transition to ICU Patient death Absence in more than two care sessions Disconnect for two weeks at follow-up
