Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with idiopathic oligo/astheno/teratozoospermia patients with 25 to 45 years old testosterone to estradiol equal or less than 10

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with seminal white blood cell concentration greater than 1millions per ml patients with drug, tobacco, or alcohol abusing patients with ongoing medical treatment or previous cancer radiotherapy or chemotherapy patients with varicocele patients with chromosomal abnormality
