Inclusion criteria: Age range from 12 to 16 years Willingness to participate in the stress inoculation training Not using other psychological and psychotherapy services at the same time as participating in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Taking psychiatric drugs Having psychiatric disorders

Emotional adjustment score in Rubio questionnaire. Timepoint: Once before the intervention. Once immediately after the intervention and one month after the last training session. Method of measurement: Rubio Emotional adjustment questionnaire.
