Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Partial or complete upper limb amputation- 18 to 45 years old- one side or two side amputation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Become Infected- Congenital malformation- Unwillingness for participation in research

Timepoint: reintegration to normal life will be measured 3 month after intervention and disability of shoulder, hand and are at the begining and 3 month after intervention.
