Inclusion criteria: 65-18 years old Isolated hand trauma Signing consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Coagulation disorders Spinal deformities Smoking

MeasureTime frame
Analgesia. Timepoint: 5, 10,15, 20 minutes after each block. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale, Visual, questionnaire.
