Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Squatting for cataract surgery Have no underlying disease such as uncontrolled diabetes - Lung disease - Severe kidney disease Any infection of the main organs of the body Age over 50 years old Do not take topical or systemic antibiotics 10 days before surgery Absence of other concomitant diseases such as glaucoma - lacrimal duct obstruction - retinal diseases and previous eye surgeries The person's interest in participating in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Glaucoma or uncontrolled diabetes Age less than 50 years Any infection of the organs of the body Taking antibiotics or antibiotic allergies Use of immunosuppressive drugs Lack of interest in participating in the study
