Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Parents are the primary caregivers of the child. Parents must be able to read and write. The child's parents live in the city of Shiraz. Parents must have a mobile phone with the ability to install the app. Parents have a toddler (1-3 years old) with congenital heart disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: One or both parents are dead. According to self-report, parents suffer from mental illness. Parents take care of other chronically physically and mentally ill people in the family. Parents Unwilling to participate in the study.
