Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 10 to 35 years old Lower limb edema Age of onset less than 35 years old Duration of diagnosis more than 72 hours Grade less than III Sub-classification of less than 3b Informed consent to enter the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Heart failure Renal failure Hepatic failure History of related surgery (lymph node dissection) History of pelvic malignancy or treatment for malignancy (irradiation) Autoimmune disease History of trauma or infection, Symptoms of sleep apnea, Previous bone marrow transplant, Morbid obesity > 40 kg/m2 Lipoedema Allergic disorder Cytotoxic drugs Drugs induced lymphedema, Congenital vascular malformation Myxedema Traveling to tropical countries or suspicion to filariasis
