Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients candidate for tonsillectomy surgery Age group 5 to 12 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of bronchitis and asthma Patients with history of cardiovascular, liver and hematologic diseases Allergic reaction to Bupivacaine or Lidocain Patient with history or presence of coagulation disorder (Coagulopathy) Symptoms of acute pharyngitis Acute respiratory infections The presence of fever
