Inclusion criteria: Spontaneous ICH Patients Refer to Emergency Department of Arak Amiralmomenin Hospital in Arak

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient is a candidate for surgery Patient with documented cerebral venous thrombosis (CVT) and documented venous thrombosis
