Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: have not used protein supplements and any sports or non-exercise pharmaceutical supplements, have not undergone surgery and are not treated for the past six months. do not have any specific disease (especially allergic to food). have no muscle damage. do not have cardiovascular disease or asthma. Do not use nitrate-rich foods during research Ages range 17-25
