Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: No systemic diseases, no history of drug use in the past 3 months, no acute or chronic dental or periodontal infection and abscess, no salivary gland disorders such as Sjogren's, stone, infection, neoplasm, no history of radiotherapy, no smoking and drug use. Absence of pregnancy and use of intraoral devices such as orthodontic plates Informed and free consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Reluctance to cooperate over 30 years old
