Intervention 1: Intervention group: Fennel - in this group, the participant will receive fennel tea (combination of 100 grams of dawn fennel powder in 250 cc of boiled water) in one dose (one time). I

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No systemic diseases, no history of drug use in the past 3 months, no acute or chronic dental or periodontal infection and abscess, no salivary gland disorders such as Sjogren's, stone, infection, neoplasm, no history of radiotherapy, no smoking and drug use. Absence of pregnancy and use of intraoral devices such as orthodontic plates Informed and free consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria: Reluctance to cooperate over 30 years old

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Salivary pH. Timepoint: Before consumption, 1, 5 and 10 minutes after consumption. Method of measurement: PH meter.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Saliva pH change. Timepoint: Before starting the study - 1, 5 and 10 minutes after the intervention. Method of measurement: Digital pH meter.
