Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: One cake made with acorn flour daily for 60 days. Intervention 2: Control group: One cake made with wheat flour without bran daily for 60 days.

Inclusion criteria: Patients with type 2 diabetes (doctor's diagnosis)

Exclusion criteria: Using insulin Following a specific diet (vegetarianism, weight loss, etc.) Pregnancy or lactation
