Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: no history of chronic headaches and Cerebrovascular events use needles 25,26,24 and 27 for anesthesia having vigilance , no hearing or vision problems no drug Use of Diclofenac suppository to reliev post Cesarean pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: need for surgery because of bleeding Inability to get in to a semi fowler position requires admission to intensive care unit unwilling to continue studying Death o r transfer of the patient Lowering Hemoglobin more than 2 units in trial 6 hours after surgery

MeasureTime frame
Headache severity based on Visua l Analogu e Scale measurement criterion. Timepoint: Immediately , 12 and 24 hours after withdrawal from Recovery. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.
