Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Interventions include one session of local vibration per day for 6 days / week for 12 weeks was performed. Each session consisted of 8 combined times of vibration

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No acute signs of diabetes Fasting blood sugar below 250 No use of pacemaker No arrhythmia No thromboembolism or embolism records

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Physical inability to intervention (such as dyspnea, colds, allergies) Chronic underlying diseases (heart failure, kidney failure, debilitating vision problems) Physician discretion not to participate in the study Unbearable physical complications such as headaches and blood pressure fluctuations Athletes who exercise regularly 3 times a week or more

MeasureTime frame
Fasting blood glucose,. Timepoint: Before intervention, immediately after the ending of sixth week of intervention and one week after the intervention( 13TH WEEK). Method of measurement: Blood Sample.;Glycosylated hemoglobin. Timepoint: Before intervention, immediately after the ending of sixth week of intervention and one week after the intervention( 13TH WEEK). Method of measurement: Blood Sample.

MeasureTime frame
Waist to Hip Ratio(WHR). Timepoint: One day Before intervention, immediately after the ending of sixth week of intervention and One week after the intervention. Method of measurement: Using a cloth bar.;Body mass index, which is the result of weight (kg) divided by height square (meter). Timepoint: One day Before intervention, immediately after the ending of sixth week of intervention and One week after the intervention. Method of measurement: First, measure height and weight with regular shoes and clothes, and then divide the weight by the square of the height.
