Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: No acute signs of diabetes Fasting blood sugar below 250 No use of pacemaker No arrhythmia No thromboembolism or embolism records
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Physical inability to intervention (such as dyspnea, colds, allergies) Chronic underlying diseases (heart failure, kidney failure, debilitating vision problems) Physician discretion not to participate in the study Unbearable physical complications such as headaches and blood pressure fluctuations Athletes who exercise regularly 3 times a week or more
