This study will provide problem-based learning during 8 sessions of concepts related to knowledge, attitude and perception as well as patient safety-based communication skills for 7th and 8th semester

Inclusion criteria: Complete the research consent form Urmia Nursing and Midwifery Faculty, 4th year student No use of other similar classes and programs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absent more than two sessions Use other classes and similar training programs during research
