Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of bipolar disorder without any other clinical disorders and lack of medical illnesses absence of addiction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence from treatment sessions Unexpected problems that could affect regular attendance or participation in the therapy tasks
