Intervention 1: Intervention group: Antimicrobial peptide nisin, melittin, pexiganan, tilapia picidin, and omiganan with 4 times the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) along with 50% 1-ol propane.

Inclusion criteria: Minimum age 18 years Minimum age 18 years Short and clean nails
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Antibiotic use within 10 days prior to study entry Wearing jewelry and ornaments on hands and wrists during the study Use of antimicrobial creams, lotions, and soaps on hands three days before the study
