Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults between 30 and 60 years old History of pain in the lumbar or lumbosacral region without any identifiable cause within the past six months Pain intensity between 4 and 7.9 on the visual analog scale Ability to walk without the need for assistance or assistive devices
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pain in the gluteal fold or radiating pain in the lower extremities Presence of cardiovascular disease, osteoarthritis, or rheumatoid arthritis Presence of inflammatory diseases or musculoskeletal or neurological disorders in the spine or lower extremities Presence of spinal stenosis or inflammation of the nerve roots Any condition that affects the balance system or postural control

| Posture control parameters include the displacement and speed of the center of pressure in the anterior-posterior and medial-lateral directions. Timepoint: In the study, after the orthosis is created for the patients, they will initially use it in their daily life for two weeks to adjust to it. Following this adaptation period, the patients will visit the gait biomechanics laboratory, where their gait kinematics will be measured both with and without the orthosis.
