Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: aquatherapy, 12 weeks, three session per week, 60 min per session with intensity of 40% -75% Vo2max. Intervention 2: Control group:Doing normal activity.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ejection fraction between 35% - 45% HbA1C between 6.6% -9.9% Be in NYHA functional class II -III Stable medication for the previous 2 months Age between 45 -65 years Have a type 2 diabetes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exercise in recent 6 months Blood pressure more than 95-160 mm Hg Peripheral artery disease Chronic pulmonary disease Have a history of cardiac attack
