Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willing to participate in study Age between 20-60 years Diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis by a rheumatologist

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Taking nutritional and antioxidant supplements one month prior to and during study Pregnancy and lactation History of other autoimmune diseases, diabetes mellitus, IBD Gastrointestinal infection and other chronic diseases Recurrence of the disease during the study
