Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age 6m until 72 months tempreture < 38c no lung dis no asthma no recurrent croup not use bronchodilator in last week not use steroid in last week Westley croup score 2 until 7

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: lung dis severe croup recurrent croup allergy to steroid prohibition to steroid use steroid in last week epiglottitis tracheitis tempreture > 38c

Westley croup score. Timepoint: Every hour and four hours. Method of measurement: Clinical examination.

Respiratory rate. Timepoint: Every hour and four hours. Method of measurement: Clinical examination.;Heart rate. Timepoint: Every hour and four hours. Method of measurement: Clinical examination.;Oxygen saturation . Timepoint: Every hour and four hours. Method of measurement: Pulse oxymetry.;Follow - up 3 - day relapse.
