Inclusion criteria: Being literate Access to cyberspace Smartphone access Definitive diagnosis of grade 2 and 3 heart failure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mental and cognitive disorders diagnosed in the medical record Presence of visual, hearing, or speech impairment
