Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 years and above Patient hospitalized in Afshar Hospital undergoing coronary artery angioplasty Not receiving nephrotoxic drugs Not taking garlic-containing drugs in the past one month No history of allergy to garlic Tolerating the use of oral drugs Hospitalization in the special heart care unit for 2 days Informed consent of the patient or his legal guardian

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating mother Allergy to garlic Anticoagulant medication in the last 2 week
