Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consent to participate in the study Diabetes diagnosis in the last 15 years Adequacy of vitamin D serum level (Vit D3-25OH: 30-100 ng/mL)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy and breastfeeding history of kidney disease, kidney stone, liver disease, thyroid disease, cardiovascular disease, and cancer. special diets (raw vegetarianism, weight loss, etc.)

Bone formation marker (Osteocalcin). Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 12 weeks after the start of consumption. Method of measurement: Osteocalcin kit by ELISA method with ELISA reader device.;Bone resorption marker (CTX-1). Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 12 weeks after the start of consumption. Method of measurement: CTX-1 kit by ELISA method with ELISA reader device.;Fasting Blood Sugar. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 12 weeks after the start of consumption. Method of measurement: Calorimetric method with autoanalyzer.;Insulin. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 12 weeks after the start of consumption. Method of measurement: ELISA method, ELISA reader device.;HbA1c. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 12 weeks after the start of consumption. Method of measurement: HPLC method and Agilent device.
