Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) a definitive diagnosis of bipolar disorder by a psychiatrist . 2) Having DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for major depression. 3) Receiving at least one antipsychotic drug and taking a benzodiazepine daily for at least 3 months. 4) Having a minimum level of reading and writing. 5) not being hospitalized in the last 2 months due to intolerance of psychological treatment in the acute phase of the disease for at least two months since the last period of relapse.
