Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: with mild depression (BDI-II score 14–19) A body mass index (BMI) between 25 and 29.9 kg/m² No history of smoking, Normal or corrected-to-normal vision, No psychiatric or neurological disorders other than mild depression
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: If they missed more than three intervention sessions Voluntarily withdrew Prior experience in swimming or Handpolo Experienced acute illness or injury during the study
