Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 7 years old at the time of data collection, enrolled in the second grade of elementary school, free of any physical or psychological conditions according to school health records had provided written informed consent from their parents or legal guardians
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: any physical or psychological condition that could limit participation in physical activity, absence from more than three intervention sessions, incomplete assessment forms or withdrawal from the study at any stage, and participation in structured sports programs or motor-based interventions outside the scope of the study.

Method of measurement: Emotional development will be assessed using the Children’s Emotional Adjustment Scale (CEAS), a 47-item parent-reported questionnaire covering temper control, mood repair, anxiety control, and social assertiveness.;Social development. Method of measurement: Social development Will be measured using the Vineland Social Maturity Scale (VSMS), a parent-reported instrument evaluating communication, daily living skills, socialization, and motor skills. Items are scored according to current performance, with higher scores reflecting greater social maturity.
