Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: age above 18 years, (b) no health problems, (c) willingness and informed consent to participate in the study, (d) no hearing impairment, and (e) ability to perform the required exercises.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a) history of orthopedic surgery within the past year, (b) weak vision, (c) hearing disorders, (d) severe intellectual disability, and (e) unresolved hip dislocation or fractures.

| Dynamic Balance. Timepoint: before and after intervention. Method of measurement: Assessed with the Y Balance Test in three directions (anterior, posteromedial, posterolateral).
