Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 10 to 12 years. Achieving a total score of 15th percentile rank or lower on the PMOQ-T questionnaire. Scoring within the qualifying range on the Parent-Specific Developmental Coordination Disorder Questionnaire (DCDQ7). Providing written parental consent. No other physical or mental health issues.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Irregular attendance at practice sessions. Poor physical health (e.g., heart disease). Withdrawal from the study or lack of willingness to continue participation Failure to complete either the pre-test or post-test assessments.

MeasureTime frame
Motor coordination. Timepoint: Before and after intervention. Method of measurement: One of the tests used to assess gross motor coordination in normal children and children with motor, mental, behavioral, learning disabilities, and brain injuries is the Body Coordination Test for Children. This test assesses dynamic balance skills and gross motor coordination and control. This test is used to assess the coordination and balance of children aged 5 to 14 years (4). The KTK test includes four subtests: 1. keeping the balance of the body while stepping backward on balance sticks with different widths, 2. Lying on one leg and simultaneously crossing obstacles of different heights, 3. Jumping to both sides with both feet together, and 4. Moving wooden boards.;Dynamic Balance. Timepoint: Before and after intervention. Method of measurement: The purpose of BASS test is to measure the accuracy in jump and balance maintenance during movement and landing. This test is applicable for both sexes. In this case, the test subject with the right leg is placed on the starting point and then jump with the left leg on the first square and pause for 5 seconds in this spot. Afterward, jump with right leg to the next spot and the same direction will be continued for the whole test. The person pauses on his toes for 5 seconds in each square. In this test, each successful landing and score of 5-second pause in each spot has 5 points and because there are 10 squares in this test, the total score is 100. Test errors include landing and balance errors. For each error of landing, 5 points will be deducted from the score of participant and five seconds after the failure, the participant can be prepared for further testing.
