Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children from 1 to 5 years of age Ability to understand and speak Persian Diagnosis of irritable bowel syndrome based on Room III index and opinion physician Willingness to participate in study and complete informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of psychiatric illnesses History of Colon Disease Family history of colon cancer Increase in severity of symptoms Gastrointestinal bleeding, Nocturnal diarrhea and abdominal pain that can wake the baby up, Fever, Over 10% weight loss in the last 6 months Avoid medication change during intervention
