Inclusion criteria: Patient with Post Acne Erythema at face

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Coagulopathy like DIC , Pulmonary Emboli , CVA , DVT,Malignancies,Drug reaction with Tranexamic Acid,Drug Interaction with Tranexamic Acid,Pregnancy , Feeding , Plan to Pregnancy
