Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Married women aged 15-49, without children and single children (with a child of one year and older) who are not pregnant yet or have not decided on the next pregnancy Absence of illness or health-threatening problem in the mother that prevents pregnancy Absence of acute or chronic mental and emotional disorders in the mother Consent to participate in the research Having a mobile phone with the possibility of accessing the Internet and the ability to use it Minimum reading and writing literacy Not having infertility
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Unwillingness to continue attending training sessions and absence of more than one session Suffering from a severe psychiatric disorder that requires immediate treatment3 Using psychoactive drugs or narcotics
