Intervention 1: Intervention group: Haloperidol 2.5 mg intravenously. Intervention 2: Control group: Intravenous acetaminophen,1 gram intravenously after dilution in 100 cc of normal saline.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients referred to the emergency ward with a history of primary headache
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients whose headache started after 45 years of age Patients who were taking sedative and suddenly stopped taking sedative Patients with advanced liver failure Patients who do not have a definitive diagnosis of primary headache Patients taking nitrate drugs
