Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group:pregnant womens with preterm labor get4-6 gr intra venous magnesium sulfate and then 2gr per hour until maximum 48 hours or till 12 hours after the end of contractio

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: singleton pregnancy gestational age between 24-2 weeks having uterus contraction for 30 seconds during 10 minutes cervical dilatation less than4 cm and effacment less than 50-60%

The effect of indomethacin suppository on preterm labor. Timepoint: After completion of the uterine contraction inhibitor medication until delivery. Method of measurement: Uterine contraction recorder.
