Inclusion criteria: All patients with multiple sclerosis who have been diagnosed for three months Ability to commute and attend sessions Iranian Citizenship and Residence in Kashan

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cognitive disorder Unwillingness to participate in the study
