Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women between the ages of 14 to 30 Women with premenstrual syndrome diagnosed by PSST tool Consent of at least one parent to participate in the study for girls under 18
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The presence of chronic diseases History of pelvic inflammatory disease Hysterectomy surgery Not suffering from premenstrual syndrome based on the PSST tool Having mental problems
