Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients who have the necessary cooperation to intervene and evaluate. Have the admission to the ward under consideration and the candidate to move to the other ward. The patient is alert and aware of time, place and person. Ability to understand and understand Persian language content All patients aged 18-85 years. The patient is breathing spontaneously and is not intubated or supported by a ventilator.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The occurrence of unpredictable events during the transfer process (such as cardiopulmonary arrest and resuscitation in the ward) Not willing to continue cooperation Transfer to other medical centers or early consent for discharge

Assessing the level of patient anxiety in the patient transfer process. Timepoint: It is performed in two stages. One is measured at the beginning of the study and before the intervention in the emergency department, and the next after the intervention and after the patient is transferred to the destination ward. Method of measurement: The Hospital Anxiety and Depression Questionnaire, designed by Zigmon and Snow White in 1983.;Assessing patient satisfaction in the patient transfer process. Timepoint: It is performed in two stages. One is measured at the beginning of the study and before the intervention in the emergency department, and the next after the intervention and after the patient is transferred to the destination ward. Method of measurement: The Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire was developed in 1994 by Wolf et al. To assess patient satisfaction.;The duration of the patient's stay in the emergency department. Timepoint: Transfer time to section. Method of measurement: From the time of admission of the patient in the emergency department to the time of transferring the patient to the ward that is registered in the patient's file, it is calculated as the length of hospitalization in the emergency department.;Stabilization of vital signs of patients. Timepoint: Patients' vital signs are checked twice a day at the beginning of the study and twice a day in the morning and in the afternoon for 24 hours after transfer to the ward. Method of measurement: Monitoring device (to control blood pressure and the number of breaths and the number of pulses and the patient's temperature).
