Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Informed consent to participate in the study Elderly men and women 60 years and older Having a doctor's permission to walk Obtaining a score of 8 and above on the AMT cognitive scale Not suffering from cognitive disorders such as delirium and dementia Obtaining a score of 5 or higher on the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from severe vision and hearing disorders History of falling in the last year Use of assistance when walking

Sleep quality score using sleep quality measurement scale (PSQI). Timepoint: Baseline data, after 4 weeks. Method of measurement: Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale (PSQI).
