Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infertile Couples Men with semen parameters (count,motility, morphology) lower than WHO guideline.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCO) Women with endometriosis

MeasureTime frame
Sperm motility. Timepoint: Sperm motility is analyzed at the beginning of the study and after sperm washing by either DGC or MACS-DGC methods. Method of measurement: optical microscope.;Sperm count. Timepoint: Sperm count is analyzed at the beginning of the study and after sperm washing by either DGC or MACS-DGC methods. Method of measurement: optical microscope.;Sperm morphology. Timepoint: Sperm morphology is analyzed at the beginning of the study and after sperm washing by either DGC or MACS-DGC methods. Method of measurement: optical microscope.
