Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults over the age of 18 and diagnose with acute ischemic stroke according to brain CT scan findings NIHSS more than 4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hemorrhagic stroke Lacunar infarct TIA NIHSS more than 25 Pregnancy Lactation Severe hepatic insufficiency History of apnea
